How to Order

 

We are currently in process of setting up our payment gateway.  To order:

 

1. Once you check out your products from the shopping cart and enter your shipping details, you will be directed to shipping options and payment methods.

2. Your order will be confirmed and an invoice will be sent to your email mentioned under shipping details.

 

3. Please PAY NOW the amount mentioned on the invoice at +65 92964092 

 

4. We will contact you upon receiving the payment, confirming the order and the payment as well as update you with the delivery details.

 

5. Please note that the item will be reserved and shipped only upon receiving the payment.

Shipping & Delivery

 

The following options are available:

 

1. Delivery within Singapore is done at a delivery fee of $7. For purchase of goods above $50 in single transaction, delivery is free.

 

2. Delivery outside Singapore is not currently available. However,  do drop us a message at lavenderforest@yahoo.com and we will try to help you with options.

3. It normally takes up to 3 working days for your order to be delivered.

 

4. Delivery is normally done on weekdays between 10am to 7pm. Please provide an address, where someone is available to take the delivery during weekdays.

 

Return Policy

​

1. Once an order is dispatched, returns are only entertained in case the product delivered is not what was ordered .

 

2. Returns due to change of mind is not allowed as it increases the risk of breakage and also because this raises the cost of logistics.
